비고: The primary objective of Financial Accountant is to proactively support the management, reconciliation, and collection of outstanding amounts from clients. This position is expected to report costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures and offer financial recommendations. 1. Accounts Receivables - Apply daily receipts of cash and promissory notes from various banks’ website - Make sure all collections (cash and promissory notes) are in the right customer ledger - Prepare Inter-Company AR statement and work with accounts payable personnel overseas for any variance - Reconcile balances for promissory notes with documents from various bank - Weekly-Monthly Bank reconciliation 2. Revenue and Gross Profit Analysis - Check and Review recongized revenue and related COGS compare to Forecast submitted - Accurue COGS if needed. - Analysis Gross Profit by Sales Order,Service BU and Contract - Review Service Overhead Cost 3. Accounts Payable - Review all employee claim and vendor invoice - Check and review vendor voucher, employee expense claims with eligible payment evidences based on group policy. - Monitor recurring expense - Reconcile between system book payable amount and each intercompany reconciliation file every month-end. 4. VAT Filing - Review and compare transactions for sales and purchases with tax invoices issued from National Tax Service on monthly basis - Prepare the internal documentation for approval of VAT filing - Proceed the actual filing in National Tax Service. 5. General Accounting - Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation for AR, Cash, Input Tax accounts by the due date each month - Support for external and internal audit for Sales, Accounts Receivables and receipts ㆍBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required ㆍExperience on SAP ERP system is a plus ㆍEnglish Proficiency (ability to understand written language, fluent communication level is a plus) *계약직 - 정규직 전환 가능*
